Corporate Traveller is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global business travel management and solutions provider for SMEs.
Corporate Traveller sought a PR program to boost brand awareness within Australia’s business sector, promote the company as a market leader, differentiate the brand from competitors, and boost its share of voice on business travel in the media.
The Ideas Suite designed a PR program that would position the brand as an SME and business travel thought leader with its finger on the pulse of trends in the sector. We drew on Corporate Traveller’s aggregated customer booking data, surveys, and whitepapers to deliver strong content to key media outlets. We also maximised media coverage of the Flight Centre Corporate’s annual Illuminate conference in October 2021, the first time the event had been fully virtual due to COVID-19 restrictions.
In the first 12 months of PR, The Ideas Suite secured 550 media placements for Corporate Traveller in major news sites such as The Australian, Herald Sun, AFR and The Daily Telegraph. The coverage reached a (repeat) audience of 245 million, with $2.5 million in PR value.
